In the case that you are unhappy with our products for any reason, unless they are sale items or have been personalized with bespoke embroidery or monogrammed, they can be returned for exchange or refund provided that the following guidelines are observed.
Please note, product purchased online at WaraireBoswell.com must be returned by post to our warehouse, as per the instructions provided with each purchase. If you have any queries regarding this process or require special assistance with a return, please contact us at your earliest convenience, as we would be delighted to help.
- You contact us for authorization for the return within 28 days of receipt of goods. Please email email@example.com
- Goods must be received by our warehouse within 14 days of the authorization being granted.
- Goods should be returned unworn and packaged as per the original order with all tags in place, folded and wrapped in the original tissue paper and inside the original Waraire Boswell box.
- All items should be returned in the original cardboard outer carton which protects the gift box. If this is impossible then an alternative cardboard outer may be used.
- Your return should include the original packing slip so we are able to identify the returned item.
In the case of gifts, please ensure the name of the purchaser is quoted in all correspondences. Failure to do so will result in delays the swiftness of the return.
Failure to adhere to the said guidelines may result in delays processing the return, deductions being made to the value of refunds; and exchanges/refunds being refused.
We suggest goods be sent back to us using a registered service, we cannot be held responsible for goods which are lost or damaged in transit. Please note, we do not refund shipping costs/duties and taxes incurred. Nor do we cover the charge for returns/exchanges to be sent back to us, with the exception of goods that are faulty.

Subject to stock availability, we will exchange eligible unworn items that are returned to us within 14 days of the original purchase date only when accompanied by the original sales receipt, original box and packaging materials. After fourteen days (14) all sales will be final and merchandise will not be eligible for return or exchange. Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted for a return or exchange.
In cases where we are unable to provide an exchange, we will first offer a credit. The new item will be shipped to you after the returned item has been received by us and checked by our staff. Do not use the original box as the shipping box. Waraire Boswell will not be responsible for processing and exchanging of such items. Please contact customer service (firstname.lastname@example.org) if you have any questions prior to processing a return. All returns and exchanges must have a return label on the package with an RA#. To process your exchange and receive an RA#, please email our return desk at: email@example.com. Customers are recommended to obtain a tracking number prior to sending back returns. Once an RA# is processed, the items must be shipped out immediately so packages can be received within 2 weeks of the date the RA# was created. Waraire Boswell reserves the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements at our sole discretion.
If you wish to receive a refund for returned items, eligible items need to be returned and reach us within 14 days of being received by you. Please note: Refunds can only be made to the card originally used to pay for the order, and may take up to 30 days to appear in your account. This is outside of our control. Shipping fees cannot be refunded.
